Why or Why not to buy a SEE Small Equipment Excavator?

I have a friend who is considering one of these for his landscaping business. Would it be appropriate for hauling dirt and grading on 1-2 acre lots, or is it overkill? He has a skid steer, but sometimes needs a little more power. And I'm trying to spread the "green disease" 🤣

    Knuckle Boots

You will need a 13/16" Budd socket. Might find one at Oreilleys, definitely at a parts store that caters to semi trucks Edit: online they are listed at Home depot and Lowe's.

    Buying Specific Deuce RV

It looks like a lot of truck for the price. Drive it before you buy it, for sure. Daily driving a deuce of any sort will get expensive maintenance-wise in a hurry. It can be done, though. Good luck!

    Knuckle Boots

Yes, what Frank said. Driver's side studs are reverse thread.

I am back in the MV game

Welcome back, to the forum and to the Deuce club. That looks like a pretty solid truck. Does it run?

    1984 CUCV question?

Greetings. You do realize that you've asked a group of MV enthusiasts whether you should scrap a CUCV? I doubt anyone here would tell you to scrap it unless there is major frame rust or some other really bad issue. They are definitely desirable, and if you decide to sell, it should be fairly...

    He Wouldn't Trade

Was he a traveler, or a transplant? Alaska is a long dam way from Texas. That is very cool either way!

    M35a2 Door Stuck

At least you found the cause. Let us know how the alignment process goes.

Squibbly's M1009 and other Questionable Projects

Messing with algorithms is fun. I'm not sure what it accomplishes, but it confuses the bots.

    M35a2 Door Stuck

I haven't looked into adjusting mine yet. It fell down my "to do" list when I discovered that I could just use a little more elbow grease to open it. Perhaps someone will answer that question for both of us.

    M35a2 Door Stuck

Just a thought: how is the alignment of your door to the cab? I thought my passenger door latch was stuck. Turns out my latch works fine, the door just sticks in the frame.

    Picked up a m915a1!

Subscribing to watch your progress. This is going to be a great build. Also I know very little about these trucks and I'm learning a lot from yall. Shared knowledge is the best. Congrats again, Ken! Looks like you have another keeper.

10-4. I'm not in the market for any new toys but there's (usually) no harm in looking.

    What is this truck worth?

Can Deuces run on cow farts? Also, I live in a small rural town. "Commies" don't usually stick around long 😁

I saw a 52 on Epay that looked really nice. The price might get high though.
