    Random Long Cranking to Start

It was suggested to me that the FDC sticking or doing something to supply fuel at the incorrect rate could be causing the long crank issue.

    Random Long Cranking to Start

Sometimes my LDT-465 equipped A2 can sit weeks and I hit the button and it lights right off with no throttle. Sometimes it can sit a day and it will have to crank for 15 seconds and need some throttle. It is not temperature dependent. Should I be looking at an FDC bypass? If I should be doing...

M35a3 lost power and now nothing

Hey I was the guy wheeling the camo jeep cherokee that came over to say hello yesterday morning at RC. Sorry about the bad luck. Hope you got the truck fixed or towed home by now.

Adding driver side fuel tank for duel tanks ?'s

Your set-up is almost identical in design to mine. I made the mistake of leaving the transfer pump on one time. It came out around the fuel cap and made a bit of a mess. Not a huge deal and I learned my lesson. My switch to the transfer pump is hot all the time so the few times I leave it...

Adding driver side fuel tank for duel tanks ?'s

Two possible bad things could happen if you tie the two tank's together: 1. Damage one tank and both drain. 2. Park sideways on a hill and all the fuel drains to the low side tank, which might not be the one you're pumping from. Here is my very recent dual tank mod where I have two stock M35...

    24V Digital Pyrometer

I pulled power from the start button which is switched hot by an ignition switch I added.

    Deuce broke down today

If it's cast iron you'll probably have to live with it. If it is steel I would weld it up and dress it flat again. Blade tip clearance directly effects efficiency. I've managed the repairs of a few industrial air compressors. If they were just a few thousands extra clearance on the blade...

Last year I was renting a townhouse in Baldwin but I never had my deuce there, just my camo jeep Cherokee daily driver. Since then I bought a house down by west newton.

    Deuce driver with gonads

Reminds me of when I bought my deuce a year ago. I rode my KLR 650 about 412 miles from Pittsburgh to Syracuse. My plan was to put the dual sport in the back and drive home the truck. That plan became my only plan when I was about 2 miles from my destination and the rear tire on my KLR started...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I think you're looking at the low air buzzer.

    Hydro-Pneumatic Bed Crane

Results! Lifting a full drum of oil, with the arm in the shortest position, with the truck's air supply alone does not work. Wedging a 2x4 next to the cylinder to lock the arm in the highest position and using a hoist from the hook does get a full drum of oil into the bed. This was all done...

    Rumblin Wreck Build

I dig this build, because it is very unique and quality work. Can you go into detail about where you purchased the locking door handle and how you installed it or what you referenced? I am way over-do for that mod and every time I search for it I don't find much that is helpful.

I can provide power steering CHEAP & RELIABLE

Probably sign me up for one if this is as good as it sounds. I would also be interested in a simple bracket kit and parts list option like the TM America alternator kit. I hope you're mounting the pump elsewhere on the motor and not above the generator where I mounted my 12V alternator...

I was there with my Kaiser-Jeep deuce. Pic and video: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/members-rides/93226-my-duece-bantam-fest.html#post1195208 And I'm living down around West Newton now. The Aberdeen rally is a reasonable distance away and worth attending, as well as Redball rally and Rausch...

    My deuce at Bantam Fest

Aw man that stinks! I have a Kaiser-Jeep M35 so I fit right in! Of course I had the only 7 ton jeep. I'm on the other side of Pittsburgh. Let me know if you're interested in doing events with the local MVPA group, the 1FMC

    My deuce at Bantam Fest

Butler PA Bantam Fest 2012! I was hoping the convoy would be bigger but we had fun with those that came out and then we did have a good sized crew at the fairgrounds. KDKA coverage of the convoy with video embedded in the artcle: http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2012/...butler-county/ The...

m105 help needed on the road

m105 help needed on the road

I thought the relay valve caused the brakes to stay on stuck. Mine definitely release after braking

m105 help needed on the road

I have a crappy blackberry curve or I would do some research and read the tm on this because I'm sure the answer is there... Can I adjust my m105s brakes without pulling the drum and hub? I'm driving my deuce and trailer to the butler bantam fest today and for the first time I hooked up the...

what kind of pyrometer are you using?

Ordered and installed this 24V pyrometer: http://www.auberins.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=230 I set the high limit alarm at 1150F. I installed the probe in the manifold just above the turbo, in the rear portion of the collector, where EGT is reported to be highest. I'm really happy with it.
