    Here are some pictures from when I did the Trans Cooler install a few years ago on my dullay. It did make a different when pulling a heavy loaded trailer through KY, TN, AL.....Trans fluid stayed cherry red.

    How soon do you need it brought back to Central Fl ? La Rally is at the end of this month. I may have to make a trip up from Ft. Lauderdale and back. I was going in the CUCV-II with Trailer hauling some A/C kits, but could take my M923 with med towbar and tow lights and flat tow the duce...

    Mike, I have some A/C kits that I need to send up to LA and Sherman, TX. pm me what shipper you used and what they charged for the tow bar. The A/C's are 275 lbs ea. I may have to take a trip to the LA rally.

    Do I really want a M1009? (MPG)

    The M1009 has a 27 gal tank. If you burn a hole tank for the 275 miles that would put it at around 10 mpg. If your not pulling a trailer I think you should be good at getting around 16 mpg in the mountains. I know someone has driven that route before and will post more info.

    2012 louisiana steel soldiers rally

    Any one from Florida going to the LA Rally that could haul some AC Kits? Maybe 3 kit total. http://www.steelsoldiers.com/parts-sale/84806-air-condition-assy-kit.html 275 lbs ea, 38"x 35"x 31". Can be broken down to smaller packs. I have a guy in Sherman, Texas that is looking at one kit also.

    I thought Ft. Knox changed their rules io were you couldn't drive your vehicles off base. That they had to be towed.

    St. Patricks Day Parade 2012

    I know what you mean....my unit is the only one in south Florida that supports Military vehicles and Soldiers in parades. We have done three this year already and did over 15 last year. There was three M151A1's in this parade, one had a 50 cal mounted in the back(no pictures, battery went dead)
