I broke my alternator casing in the exact same spot last November. My alternator was brand new! Yup, I was pretty mad with myself! BCS Alternator & Starter in Bryan, Texas had spare parts in stock and fixed mine for about $80. It may be worth calling some of your local alternator/starter shops.

Bump for lunch this Saturday (February 18 )... Based on current forecasts, we should have great weather! So far, I've heard from roughly a dozen folks (8 trucks) that are planning to come out. Several more are still "maybes."
