Dang that sucks!
Tell him not to scrap that tank beings it’s easy to get out. I may be in need of one soon, when I find a good motor for the boy’s Bronco.
Option 1 and 4 are the only chance you get to see me.
We could do all four there should be enough Daves to go around... where is Dave, his calendar must be free and clear?
Not looking good for me, maybe can make it on Thursday into Friday if it’s the weekend of the 22nd. First weekend of October a complete no go for me as well.
Can’t make it fit everyone’s schedule, someone call it and start a new thread...
Yeh we would be great... “I didn’t put fuel in the truck, I thought you put fuel in the truck!”
The sister jokes would be a little more awkward though.
You might want to put a tee and a $5 125-135ish psi pop off valve before that hose, you should be able to hear the pressure and volume before you have time to look at your guage, if you compressor is ok.
Don’t ask me how I know...
Also, the 8.3 is supposed to self prime by cranking with the throttle wide open. I haven’t got myself in a situation again to prove this though. You also might tie the shutoff solenoid back and keep your batteries on charge until you resolve this.
Bumping this up for myself and Toby, see post #2.
I’m also seeing a lot of different measurements for between the wheel wells. Is 54” correct? Did it change on different variants?
Sorry if I missed it with us junking up Tobys thread, but can anyone verify the measurement from the back of the M105 bed, forward to the center of the axle/wheel well. I would like to know as well...
I hear yah, they’ve been on my “dream” list for a long time.
It’s been a long time since I researched the lithium batteries but the weight was only one selling point. My memory might be off but I think the cycle life was around 10x a flooded acid battery. So.. if true, and you manage them...
5 ton Pintle to 2" hitch conversion?
If you have fabrication access and skills, also look at the possibility of putting your Ranger on tow bar, we all need a tow bar and strong attachment points on the front of every vehicle we own anyway. I don’t know if Rangers can handle being flat...
Remember, just because your meter reads good voltage, doesn’t always mean you have a good current carrying path. When you try to apply the load, the correct voltage may drop off or disappear, down stream of your problem.
Yep, pickup tube in the tank is notorious for cracking or breaking off. Someone on here sell cool stainless replacement, TIG welded by a real astronaut or some such nonsense.
