    Its a South American hardwood that seems to be impervious to just about everything except fire :roll:. Its also a very beutiful wood, heck after I put it all together on my 37 I could not bring myself to paint it

    I just got a set of fiberglass seats and headboard for my deuce for $75 and they look like brand new. ( I stumbled into that deal ) When I redid the wood on my M-37 I used Ipe wood, stuff is as strong as oak but cheaper

    Same thing happens to me when I run highbeams on my deuce. I suspect the thermal fuse in the light switch is weak

    Does anyone know what the torque setting is for the big nut on tranny driveshaft flange ( or what TM to find it ) or is it one of those tighen till your left knut pops :shock: settings

    Well I never thought I'd say it ( Doghead is gonna S***) but that info ( Filter #'s) is the most basic and easiest info to find on this site, a simple search in the Deuce forum would have gotten you all the info you needed. I typed in "NAPA filters" and got all the info ( and then some ) needed...

    T Its Rapco/Gillespie 24087 which is the same color I painted the truck., The engine looks darker in the pic's probably because I must have used two different cameras for the pic's or maybe the lighting. I also used Hardener in the paint

    MW The 2 ( shackle mount ) holes on my feet are a 3/4" and 1", is this two hole foot specific to the larger TB's or did the mediums have them also??

    OK R As "ALREADY" stated in my post I don't have a towbar, my question ( again ) is does the 1 1/8" pinned foot fit on the Med towbar or the larger ones. I DO NOT need to know what truck it'll fit, I need to know what towbar it'll fit. "It will fit the 1 I believe but not the hunter"...

    Just pick up a set of towbar feet at the GAMVPA rally and starting wondering (after the fact) that maybe they're the wrong ones., These have the 1 1/8"hole/pin that connects the foot to the towbar, does this fit the medium duty towbar or the larger ones?? Obviously I don't have a towbar ( yet )...
