    so you have an early serp, pump is an RCSK18330, you need to remove the upper radiator hose and take the pump out the top With the pulley still attached, removal and installation are done on a bench.

    there are two different serp setups for A2 trucks, and that means you have one two different PS pumps…a pic of you serp setup will determine what method you use to R&R the pump.

    well, an M1037 is a “Heavy” with non variable rate rear springs, so it also sucks, M1037’s are shelter trucks and many times converted to fire trucks for the forest service. have you ever driven an M998 or ECV/REV ?

    one is for turbo truck and one is NA trucks…but you don’t necessarily need to go with that particular MFG…the early GM controller is upgradeable…the PCS is not.

    What start box Do you have? I’ve had hundreds of trucks….yes, I’ve seen this issue, but generally from the early EESS boxes, not so on the S3… The issue is not common…

    what Did you use to secure that pulley? That is nothing I’ve ever seen. Also….i believe you have the wrong pulley unless you have the entire small pulley conversion kit installed which would have provided you everything you need, pulley, belt, mounting hardware.
