It is a 2 1/2 gallon can made for the civilian market. Not the most common can, but they show up occasionally on auction sites, flea markets and such.

M715 that I'm driving. Hopefully it will all be the same color before summer is over.

The solid state flasher unit only makes the lights flash. If any of the lights are flashing, I would have a hard time believing the flasher is the problem. If the signals are constantly lit with no flashing, check the flasher. Follow cbvets diagnostic list. If the grounds and wiring are good...

Make sure the rear lights have good ground connections. Bad grounds often cause stuff like this.

I put mine up and took it down in 100F so I know the feeling. It sure takes away some of the cool factor of owning one.

Remember, the moving parts that go inside the wheel cylinder are using up some of the total volume area.

If I remember correctly, the Australians purchased/traded for a large quantity of these trucks after the War. REO also made copies of the Studebakers during the War.
