    M105 Production Dates

Today, I pulled off the tag from my box that I put on the back of my bobber. It had been painted over, so I could never read it. After some time spent removing the paint, it turns out that it's an " XM-105-E3 " made in July of 1953. I'm guessing that it's nothing special, I just never knew, and...

    How to store batteries

I take all the batteries out of my cars/trucks and tractors for the winter, and store them on the bench, in the garage. The garage stays around 40-45 deg. in the winter. I charge all the batteries to 100% capacity, when I take them out of the vehicles, when I initially put them on the bench...

I used the same drill bits for the whole process. Didn't have any trouble. Still have them, and use them on other jobs aswell. They were...

    Bracket behind exhaust??

I you just unbolt it, and remove it from the truck, it leaves a big gap between the door and the cab. I think it was like a 1/2" gap. I took it off, and then trimed it down, then bolted it back in place to fill the space.

    Dump Bed Kit Installation

No need for all that fanagled, mechanical, mumbo jumbo nonsense. I just run the Multi-fuel up to 6,500 RPM, side step the clutch and pop a wheelie, and all the dirt comes out of the back. I thought all Deuce owner knew how to do this. I think it even says somthing about it, in the operators...

    Rear axle continues to leak

I use RVT silly-cone, in the spindle hub keyways on my deuce and never had one leak. If that's your leak sorce, it's an easy fix. Just make sure that it's clean and completely oil/grease free, before applying the RVT.

    Sprag modification to Manuel Lock-In

I would replace this, said shear pin, with a bolt. That way you will have the utmost traction, that only a bolt will provide. Shear pins are for pu$$ies
