Yes, but it would also mean that anyone in NY with "US ARMY" or "USMC" on thier vehicle would be in violation of section #1.

Military Police markings arte a big NO GO!!!!

Yeh, Tom I was amazed when I got your email about having to pull them off on the side of the road. I didn't feel he had a legitimaite reason to make you pull them off. Some young buck with a hard on probably. But don't worry I'm finishing your new decals right now and hope to get them sent in...

    M35 and M715 on I70 West

I didn't know you were selling them. Heck, I might have even made ya an offer on the 715. You can never have to many green trucks. Although I don't think the wife would have agreed with that statement. Oh well, back to working on the Dodge M37 in the garage.

    M-37 Clock

It should be easy to make one yourself. You can go to most stores like Wal-marts and such and buy the standard round wall clocks. It doesn't usually take to much to pop one open, and then just replace the paper background with a blown up picture cut to shape and put it all back together. I've...

    Cargo cover and seat recovering

I bought replacement seat covers for the passenger seat in my deuce from Saturn Surplus. I think one was $12 and the other was $29. For rear canvas I searched around MV shows but finally bought one on ebay for $250 used but in good shape.

    INFO needed on this truck

Civi J20 model with a medical box on the rear. The government purchased quite a few of these for use as ambulances in stateside base. The Navy and Air Force I believe recieved the majority of them. It is most definately not a M725.

    Odd ball Deuce

Yep early gasser. The bed is just like the replacement bed I found for my truck. The guy said it was off an early gasser he had. Interesting note though, is that the mounting plates that bolt it to the frame were in a different location than on my 67'. Luckily that didn't matter because I...

    pioneer tool rack

Re: RE: Re: RE: pioneer tool rack Just for info, but M715's don't have a pioneer tool rack because the mounts are built into the bed sides. Shovel on the pas. side and axe and maddox on the drivers side.

    A good days work!

Don't worry I'll keep an extensive record like when I did my 715 and deuce, and post plenty of pictures as I go along.

    A good days work!

Well I was able to put in a good solid day of work on the new m37 and was able to get all the wiring sorted out. Luckily the park dept didn't cut up any of the original harness, but rather added addition stuff along side it. To get turn signals they added a complete seperate 12v set up tapped...

    M-725 lighting schematic/lighting

Go over and register at the www.m715zone.com and then search the manual section in the top header. You should be able to find all the wire diagrams in there.

Turnbuttons for soft top, need replacement

I got my replacement ones from Weebee Webbing when I redid my deuce a few years back, and they were exactlly like the ones I took off except that they were not all worn out. They have held up fine also.

    Home with the new Dodge

Actually I think I'm going to do this one in paint masks, so the nose art will be done the same. When I here "Buford" I think an old hound dog. So I'm going to go with that as the art work.

    Home with the new Dodge

Well I've been fiddling most of the day with it, and after some new plugs (which they gave me with the truck) and a new fuel filter, it has cleaned itself up and runs really good. A few short drives and everything seems to be functioning properly. After sifting through the boxes of extra parts...

    Home with the new Dodge

Thanks Lane, but I don't think the 715 will gather to much dust. The one thing I have already figured out about the M37 is that everybody in the 50's were short people. I'm 6'3" and to get my foot onto the clutch peddle I have to bring my knee almost to my ear. The little I drove it yesturday...

    Home with the new Dodge

Thanks guys, she was a great find. I'll probably spend the whole day today playing with the new addition. Getting to know her! And it will most definately be going back to OD green. And I plan on marking it like the one my father drove all the time while in Korea serving with the 226th ASA...
