I stated it that way because I am on a public forum where there may be more than Christians present. Sort of the same type of reason that many songs switch it out. Sides, trees can be used for the holidays, not just Christmas.
But whatever...2cents
Zout's new theme song: Alabama- I'm In A Hurry (And Don't Know Why)
I'm in a hurry to get things done
Oh I rush and rush until life's no fun
All I really gotta do is live and die
But I'm in a hurry and don't know why
Don't know why I have to drive so fast
My car has nothing to prove
It's not...
Ok, you are really chugging along nicely on this!!! haha!
I might have missed it, but what tires are you putting on? And you still haven't decided on wheels yet right?
Yellow labs are the best, I had one too [thumbzup]
That is neat, I have never heard of it before. But...what happens when the blades get dull, or you go too slow, or you are booking it around an open field like in the vid, and the front catches on the ground??? Not gonna end well.......
It would be great for a holiday tree farm.
OK, I got questions....lol.
What is the thing on the back of the frame? Is it part of the hitch assembly? Did those have a pintle or not? It looks like a great place to run a very large clevis through...
Also, that giant engine looks itty-bitty sitting on that enormous frame....
The progres...
You are very welcome, I am as perplexed as you on this, and would love to know more also. I find that Weirddeere.com has a ton of info on the industrial JD stuff, and many more pics. It is an old site though. So do books and etc....
Nope, I made it last night though....saw a bobber, but alas, did not get to meet the owner.
I know a thread with worthless without pics, but there was another (very rough looking deuce there that said obermeyer (sp?) tree service maybe.....I can't quite remember. It was light green, and...
OK, my second guess is rail cars. Deere (my main area of knowledge, sorry) used tractors around plants to pull cars along tracks (off to the side like you said)
With no mil experience, I am guessing here, somewhat edumacately. lol.
I think maybe we should put you in the middle east, Zout.......it is cooler there, and the sand blasting is free. lolroflrofl
Disclaimer: I know this was a borderline sensitive comment (with location), but try to see it as I do---a joke. Thanks to the service men and women there...
I call BS on this being in a military trailer.....lol.
Seriously though Ray, this is one verrry elegant (big word) room, even for the fancy mansion houses they build everywhere now. It is amazing. Not my chioce for the project, but clearly awesome.
I don't think JD engineers were smoking anything at the time....the New Generation tractors were so far ahead of their time that it completely blew all of the competition out of the water! No one had the comfort, reliability, or durability that these have. We have a 4020 and friends have a 4010...
Echo, yes, the nat guard were there, with a M984 Hemtt (sp?) wrecker, and HMMWV. I asked one of the guys about the m designation as I couldn't remember at the time (M98?) and he couldn't tell me, he had no idea...I read the plates and found the answer.
North East OHIO reporting for welcome!!! ...albiet slightly late from our state.
Maybe change to the chicken, then Elmo will be on all the time, and WM will not....lolrofl
TO be completely and honestly blunt: from a guy's view, one could have expected the attention with that avatar (not the...
PB, this just made my day reading it! I thank you for that. LMFAO!!!!:mrgreen:rofl
I think, if you get out the sawzall, you could cut it open to fit all the parts you want, including the whole engine in the backseat! Then you would have a convertible, for those hot Georgia temps, and the...
