I drove up there in 03, but i did it in a 40 ft DP. I also took 5 weeks. From w PA it was a shade over 10k miles. Best trip ever and i will do it again. More time would be a good thing. Alaska hwy is decent but look out for frost heaves. Fuel in Canada is pricey. Scenery is awesome...
My brother in law is in Medina. i'm 2 hours east. Come on over and drive one of mine. Plenty to choose from as well as a 5 ton and trailers. Comments on a field full of dueces.......IS SPOT ON!!!:-D
Key words.......The pics Look good............I couldn't see the bad head gasket in the pics.......GL says truck starts and drives.......yes it does, but only on 5 cylinders. also you might want to keep the windows down because it blows in the cab........
Excellent advice, i am at 40% with 7 trucks and 4 trailers and 1 genset. 40% of the time the item is as expected. 60% of the time there are issues from small to large that were not in pics or description. Good Luck to all.:-D
I have 2 with winch trucks 4 sale, $3800, but am 1000 miles away. Also everything works on my trucks as it should. Good luck with wahtever you do, they are fun to play with.:-D
