    Sheesh my M105 (M104 CND) makes our Excursion look small....no brakes hooked up but pulled OK...the Ex is about 7200lbs I think.... Looks even crazier with the bows doors and tarp on...approx 8ft high !!!

    That is funny, my M1010 has only 1 24V alternator, but it doesn't look like yours..its huge...like double the length but I cant find a duvak on mine anywhere. Maybe the changed them to 1 alt for the extra power load due to the box in the back. I can get some pics today and post here if anyone...

    Darn ! ! ! Where was this picture of the work platform when I was doing my waterpump!!??..my ribs are still killing me from leaning over the bush bar the whole time. That is a great idea for making life easier when working on trucks....Thanks K9VIC ! ! !

    Well that is good news if the tires are on the short side....I also wanted to put a set on our Excursion (sorry for the bad word!!) Just hard to find the newer 8bolt pattern in 16.5" rims!! Gona have to do some fitting tests!!

    Well I topped it up today and no problems after burping the system of air...it only had the green stuff in it originally so I just went with the same thing again...no leaks, correct spin direction, no problems with the Cardone one. Have a pic of the label on the box if anyone needs it.

    HI Jets, got the pump here in Toronto at wholesale parts guy...its a Cardone #55-11118 fit right and came with gaskets and plug. Filing the coolant tomorrow during work and take it for a test run (hope I got no leaks!!!) Go figure all I had in the garage was the Dexcool Orange flavour today!!!

    The seats are an great mod...love the split rears the most....I think if I lined the box of my M1010...I could rent it out as a Milspec limo!!!! Amazing creativity on this site...you guys keep the brain working overtime
