Just the Budd socket to remove the Budd nuts.

My local NAPA had the 3" 8 sided spindle nut socket in stock, you could try them...

Man, that was quick! Thanks a lot E22! Seems that the 27" lathe was unique to the model# SGPRSMD trailer serial numbers 204 through 368. I wonder what special use this trailer was for?
