Figured it was time for and update:
Just got the truck back from the guy doing the body work.
Floor pans and rocker panels replaced
rust holes on exterior patched
Holes in bed fixed
Once i got it back I replaced the left front fender and put the new hood on.

So I have these items:
1 pretty screwed up dash
1 replacement dash mat
Do I have this right:
Clean old dash
use spray adhesive (such as Loke tite?)
apply new dash mat, add weight for pressure and let it set?
Ok here is where it stands.
Still waiting to hear from Hawkman to see if he has a gauge cluster (or at least the back piece).
A friend is gonna try to repair the one I broke with some fiberglass....
If that doesnt work, He is going to try and get a civilain one to work. not sure how thats going...

Ok I was trying to remove the bolt pictured in picture 1 and some how (dont ask how please) I ended up with the picture 2. And still cant get at that **** bolt

Left fender replacement help needed
So Im trying to remove the left front fender on my 1009. I got all the bolts off but this one in the picture. It is spinning freely and I cant figure out where or how to get at the other side.
Any help removing this? What problems can I look forward to...
