that appears to be an interior light for a HMMWV winterization kit. It mounts to the back wall inside of a heavily insulated cover for carrying troops. NSN : 6220-01-323-0431

True, but different track designs use different types of "track jacks". That particular part number is for an AVLB / M-60. Ones for an M1 series have different shaped hooks. Ones for M113 and M2/M3 have a different design entirely.
