Yes... like I said. 5 flashing led´s means a damaged ECU or main valve. And, you can´t overwrite the vault code. When you have 4 lights flashing, you can ovewrite the code pressing the "hwg" button and then the "runflat" button. After that both buttons are flashing until the system raises...
The flashing lights are a fault code. its important to know how many lights are flashing..... two, four or all..... But all is the worst thing. That means the ECU or the main valve ist damaged.
Thanks for your advice. I´ve already read a lot of manuals.... My Problem is that I don´t understand the function. Have read how to replace it (What I have already done) and checked the part catalog. BUT... when I bought my Truck, my interlock air cylinder was broken. (see picture) Like I said...
Well.... just replaced the Interlock Air cylinder at my M923A2 because it broke apart. But... what does the cylinder do??? What is it good for????
Thanks.....
Well Had an air loss at the Interlock air cylinder. So I was loosing to much pressure in the system to bring the tire pressure up! But Now it is working again. What problem do you have with your CTIS???
Hey guys, my radiator gasket on my M923A2 is done. And now the radiator is leaking a lot. already tried to get a new gasket (NSN 5330-01-232-1487) But didn´t find one. Have you an idea how to fix it??? Maybe you have had the same problem and solved it without the original gasket.
Thanks!
CTIS IS working......
Hey guys, have a problem..... fixed my CTIS. And it works! BUT... it does not bring the pressure over 42-43psi on all tires.... why???? Switched to highway mode and only the HWY Led is flashing as it should. But it is flashing all the time. That means that the CTIS is...
It is for the GPS system. Many trucks here in germany have this. Do you have somthing like a radio box on the passenger side of the dashbord too? It should be next to the dataplates. This box is part of thre GPS system as well. When gps is installed, there is a white dome on the mounting in the...
I don´t think so.... but who knows? The original size is 14.00 R20 And i don´t think that they put 16.00 R20 Tires on the first two axles........ Maybe the fron tires are new and the real old ones.
But here in Germany I got a softtop cover for the cap and for the cargobed, both together and brand new for 280 Euro.....371$ I think that´s very cheap!
Well, I am german national. An the Truck came from the US Army in Germersheim/ germany. In Germany you have to buy these trucks from a contractor. They will get it for you from the base. At this time there are hundreds of m939 trucks here on the market. But a m923A2 is still hard to get!
Years...
My new M923A2. Bought it from the Army here in Germany. Just have started to do all the services..... changing oil, filters and have to do some little fixes!!!
In Germany we have a lot of US military vehicles. Only the spare parts are not so easy to get. Most of them has to be ordered in the US. Or you have to buy another truck only for parts. That´s what I´m thinking about right now! ;-)
BUT.... I love these Trucks!
Well sounds to be a good idea. But, here´s the first problem....to find a bolt with the same US thread. Becaus in europe we don´t use the same. And an US thread bold is really hard to get here.
...... Have to think about it. But i think it would be easier to get a new or used spare part!
