Tobash, Just peak at the TM for replacing the rear seal.. All I can say is that I would do it if the transmission is coming out. I plan to do mine next week or so after I pull my tranny. I dont think its that bad.. But I am sure there are lots of better opinions on here.. Get er done >>>>... -

Hola peeps.. just wondering what kind of options everyone is using for these seals... The hood airlift seals are getting pretty pricey but I see a few other options out there.. Just wondering if anyone is using something other than the originals like this I found some other cheaper options but... -

installing a batt. disconnect switch
Correct on the wiring.. always interrupt the neutral side of the power loop..that way the disconnect (switch) can never get shorted to ground.. but on a different note, will a disconnect switch hurt my ESSS in any way ? Just wondering with current being switched on and off..... Ocho out -

700R... would be my approach.. but that because i have a NP218.... change my input shaft and all bolts in.. Not as strong, but not doing rock work on the weekends.. Just a daily driver ... just my 2 cents.... Ill probably end up doing a 700R to NP218.. then change to a NP242 down the road...
