The grounds on humvee's are poor. I ran a 10 or 12 gauge wire from the control box to the negative batt terminal and heavy grounds from the body to the motor and frame. If you need a copy of the diagram I can fax it to you. let me know.

Truck looks great! Hope to see it at the show. I fixed up two of the M925's and found that hooking them up to shop air was very helpful. There are allot of air lines on these bad boys and finding all the leaks and fixing them is easier with the engine not running.

The hmmwv wheel is way small. Look for The 800 and 900 series 5 ton wheels. That's the smallest I have found.
