I found my problem. I removed the instrument cluster to clean the printed circuit and when reinstalling the #4 and #5 contacts were touching, causing the fuse to blow. All dash lights now working.

What I found on 20-P. There are 2 different ones listed. #30 is part # 2232073 and part #34 is 2232072. When I used those part #'s to try to find the part I couldn't find that part for sale. I hope this may help you.
