    Bed intallation on bobbed deuce

Holy Thread Resurrection Batman! Here are a couple pics of a Bobbed deuce with a M101 bed that I just finished up, so you are just in time. You have to widen the fenders because it is not as wide as a M105, but I think the lines look better at the bottom of the bed and the top of the cargo...

Info Needed on Air Assist Steering Kit

I am having problem with a air assist kit. I installed the kit about a year ago and sold the truck a short time later. Just got the truck back and it is blowing air out of the valve. It operates properly when making a right turn but when you turn it left the air just comes out of the blowoff...

Come on now, under the circumstances this is nothing. Hop on over to Pirate4x4 and ask a question like this... you will soon feel like you have been raped and pillaged by a group of chimps.

    Resurrecting a M275 Tractor. HELP!!!

Well I found the it in the TM section, but pt2 will not open TM 9-2320-209-20_65-pt2 and I assume that is where this info is. At the end of part 3 there is a diagram of a M275a2 harness, but if there is more in pt2 I will continue searching. If anyone has a copy they can email me please let me...

    Resurrecting a M275 Tractor. HELP!!!

I am in the process of bringing this tractor back to life and have hit a brick wall. aua The tractor is a 1963 M275a1. Tead overhaul in 1986. LDT 465 1c, sprag. A forestry service worker found an interesting way to get power to the tail lights in this truck and now I am lost. They had 3...

Why short an aready short truck

I feel like I am taking stupid pills. I keep reading this post trying to make sense of it and I keep getting lost. You sound like a kid who wanted a Hotwheels but got Dinky toys instead so he told everyone in site that Hotwheels are terrible. I mean why? And what is this about dropping a...

Why short an aready short truck

I agree that everyone is entitled to their opinion, what I do not agree with is the way that some people express said opinion. I think constructive criticism is a good thing, like if you see something that is not safe and you bring it to the persons attention. Or even a little teasing like if...

Why short an aready short truck

Hey man, who died and made you the all knowing, all seeing, top expert on what to do and not do with a deuce? You have stated your opinion... many many many times... we get it, you don't like bobbed trucks. To say that all the M35's and all the M105's will be all used up and drive up the...

    11x20 VS 395 offroad performance

I am no expert on tires, but the comparisons going on here are not really clear. A deep sticky mud hole is not the same as driving on a dirt trail after 3 days of rain. Also, mud in Wisconsin is not the same as swamp mud in FL, or red clay mud in OK, etc. The other thing is that you can't...

    11x20 VS 395 offroad performance

I was under the impression that the stock 5 ton wheels are the same width as the deuce wheels??

HEMTT Wheels for Your Deuce are READY TO ROLL!

It is your truck so you can do as you please, but I just want to let you know that it is VERY hard to make a deuce look good with a base/clear paint job. Brand new the trucks were never prepped for that type of paint; things like body seams and places where there are tack welds are all over the...

HEMTT Wheels for Your Deuce are READY TO ROLL!

Post #22 was not relevant. It only pertains to COMMERCIAL trucks, not personal trucks. There would be no reason whatsoever to stop at a weigh station for your own truck. All of this has been covered a zillion times, no need to go over it again.
