    I already did the winch mod, I welded it. However, with the 72 inch tires on the back my front tires are 18 inches off the ground.

    Well it was the tire size that confused me, didn't know how to calculate that. I only use 11x20's on the front of my truck, seems to take the load off of the back axles.

    I gotta hand it to you guys, this if far better than going to AA! I do think that an M35A2 Deuce will be my starting point. Does the M923A2 have to have electronics to run? It’s a diesel, is there anything computerized to keep it from running? I think at some point “size does matter”!
