I appear to be one cover short to the party. Multiple problems with this panel though. One, it was in a sealed container and is missing a cover. two, regular switches with the cool logos etc, are all two small to fit the openings. three, winch harness did not come with switches.. just covers...

You should be able to source most of these parts to build your own harness using these three images below to locate parts with. Find the part, as shown above for example part number 18 Part number 18 has a part number as SMS18P-1 If you type that into various websites.. you get a result...
