Atleast the A4 diodes are not too bad to replace. Worst part is the lacquer coating (or whatever it is) Might as well do that large resistor on there was well. They burn up often
I am doing genset work today. I will see if I can scrounge an old pump. I only have the mk2/m50's at this point. I have 3 m50's with cracks in the housing I am going to be attempting to silver solder(hi temp SS) today . Crap aluminum. NPT threads for the supply and return lines fall apart too.
I might be able to make it. If not I know a guy. Make up maybe 20-30. Any decent tool steel should do.. I might not even have any more early model pumps. I really need to dig and see what I have.
Yup missed that. I skim sometimes and shoot too fast. I dont think I have pins, does anyone have a broken one that is cleanly broken and not shattered? I can probably make some.
If nothing is coming out the boys are right. Worst case, yank it off. Taking it apart wont hurt anything. They are fairly simple devices. Dont see many of these left. I may have some parts, lets see whats broke. If not jerry has pumps as stated

Take an injector out and make it spray outside the head. Its popping off or its not. I never did hear if the actual throttle arm on the injection pump is coming up when the solenoid disengages. Sometimes it is a help to tie the throttle arm all the way up while cranking
There was a good discussion about field flashing a few weeks ago on here. Different problem IIRC, but it should get you going in the right direction. Take a look at that bridge rectifier board inside the back bottom of the ac re-connection box.
