WORK is getting in the way of my Green habit. Trailer is still out in the woods, will take pics this week end. Photo from TM would be part #1. Not sure if part is available. Haven't had time to even look the part # up yet. Parts trailer perhaps??. Thanks to all for input, still trying to figure...
What would you loosen? Any thoughts on what to fab a new bracket out of, and are the brackets availiable. Have you given this any thought, we might try to fabricate a new bracket.
I Know, I Know, I Know, M101A2's are not designed to dumped, but it's hard not to. I've busted the shackel bracke at the pivot point. Not sure why the used cast (pot metal), but it's broke. Any suggestions on new brackets or old brackes or re-manufactured brackets.
Thanks
Bob.
I've had good luck with this supplier, seems to be all OEM parts, a bit pricey but excellant NOS parts. Just search his site.

1 MEP-002A 5 KW GENERATOR FUEL HOSE 501-0129 NOS items in Equipment Parts Sales store on eBay!
I just purchased some parts from them ('equipmentpartssales' ), I thought they were a bit $$$$, until I got the parts. OEM and they fit perfect. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I will buy more from them, Thanks for the info.

I've read this before, but can't find it!!. Do I unhook the neutral bond @ the carriage, before hooking up to my house, which already has the neutral bonded to ground. And will unhooking it from the carraige ground nut be enough???.
Thanks Bob
Removed the switch and was able to free everything up. Seems like it had jumped out of place behind the rotary switch and connected to the spring. Quite diry as well. Put it all back together and works fine. Although I'm in need of the handle that allows you to turn the switch, plastic...
Yep, I'm on the right lugs, good to check though. Not sure I follow were the studs are located. I saw four bolts on the front were the switch cover is and looks like 4- bolts on the back by the fuel tank.
Thanks Bob.
WIll give it a try in a bit, biggest problem is it won't turn at all, I just hop it wasn't moved while running?????. Any idea of what would happen if in fact it was moved while unit was running. How are you getting to the rotation mechanism in the front, or just removing the handle and spraying...
The AC Reconnection swith is stuck (unable to turn to other setting) on 120/240 PH-1, far right position. We are only reading a 120 volts across the Lugs. when we P/U the unit @ Letterkenny it was on far left 3-phase, we were able to turn it over to far right, but did seem to turn hard. Any...
Richard R; Once again thank you!! Unhooked the linkage and was able to slightly bend the forks on the governor llinkage and everything is working just fine. Some more tunning and tightning and things should be great.
THANKS BOB :jumpin:
By God I think we got it, when I loaded back up on the trailer and took over to my friends house, we were able to get a better look (DAYLIGHT), we thought that was what was happening but was not sure. Gentle bend , we'll give it a try.
Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!

Good News the GenSet from Letterkenny w/ 316 hrs. really looks like it only has 316 hrs. Brand new gas & oil filter, w/ brand new oil, every thing was drained and clean even though it look good to go. Fuel tank as always needed the big clean. Fill her up, purged the air let some fuel run...
Great P/U @ Letterkenny, in and out no problems. Thanks for all the dirrections, looked like I knew were I was going.
