Spoke way too soon. Emailed Sunday to check since I hadn’t heard anything by Friday afternoon (48hrs) and haven’t heard back yet.
Sent another email tonight to keep rattling their cages. I will be calling again tomorrow if I don’t see an approval email in my inbox.
I feel pretty lucky then as I finally got a response directly via email and said they reached out to TSC about my truck and should have an update working 48 hrs.
Called again last week and I was told I would get a call back from the EUC Supervisor (can’t remember the exact title) within 24 hours and I am still waiting by the phone.
I am interested in the seats. If the come with seat covers and they eventually put the angle bracket for both sides on the site it would be significantly cheaper than what is currently available on the market.
Frustrating part for me is the multiple people on here who were first time buyers that had their EUCs submitted 4/24 and have already received their trucks.
I expected a long wait then got my hopes up. Still stockpiling all my parts to hopefully have everything ready to roll when I finally get...
Hopefully things move quickly because my weekly calls to GovPlanet are about to begin. Yesterday was 60 business days from my EUC being submitted to TSC.
Thanks! I have already downloaded all the relevant TMs.
What grease does everyone use on their trucks? I saw some folks sourcing GAA grease but figure you can use something else as well.

That is exactly what I was using when I bought everything. Just need the seats now and have looked at your page for that as well.

I was hopeful it was a GEP but I guess I won’t know until it arrives and I can take a look.
The fact it was a firefighting truck is a big part of why I got it. In my head I have pictured it not doing to much and due to its history I am hopeful there aren’t any big mechanical issues hiding out...
Still waiting on my EUC to be approved and I am accumulating parts for my new truck:
Converting to 4-man and have already purchased most of the parts for that including rear seat bases, seatbelt kits, Breton Kit with doors & c pillar. Have headlights and rear light as well as gas pedal, wipers...
All these post have me itching to post my new vehicle to see what I have missed as well.
Didn’t think about not buying it but now want to see what the experts notice that I didn’t.

I emailed Weebee and they said they don’t do them now because the seats have changed. Jatonka said the same thing regarding M1097A2 seats being different than M998 high backs.
What are the changes that they are both referencing? I would rather have the nylon from Weebee Webbing and don’t want...
But does it say submitted to TSC?
The “full EUC” never went away for me even after it was submitted for approval
They are still approving EUCs and receive them weekly according to GovPlanet two weeks ago as well as other who have received them since the lockdown.

Breton sells the entire kit I believe but they aren't taking orders right now due to covid and being way behind on other orders. My 4-man crew kit took a bit over 3 months to ship out after being backordered.
