    Do genset work?

Do they work??? I have a 5,ooow Lowe's that screams and goes through gas like a 12 cylinder. Bought a Mep002a out of Ft. Mead, followed all the post on cleaning fuel tank, fuel filter and oil filter replacement. Good advise on what Battery's to use, fired her right up first try with 720hrs...

    M101 Recovery, Ft Drum

Well if you don't have a loader, or can drive to a shop or site contractor, you can do what I did with my second set. Unbolted, pryed up and put 2X2 blocks, used saws-all cut the 4-corner 2X2 blocks in pocket, tipped traile slid off and then flipped it over with chain and vehicle, also helped to...

    M101a2 racks and bows ?

Call ahead and make sure they are capaple and willing to flip them. I also carry a couple of chains with hooks, once they turn the one upside down, they use the chains to go diagonlly across the botton of the bed, then they slide the forks under the chains, lowe it down on to the other trailer...

    Brrrrrrrrrrr and it started!!!!!!!

We have been in a deep freeze, high’s in the teens, lows single digits, wind chill well below zero! Decided to put the Mep002-a to the test. Held the pre-heat to a count of 45, started right up and ran smooth, couldn’t be happier. Thanks to everyone for the help getting this running. Bob.

    We're UP & Running Mep002a

I just mixed the gas and carb cleaner together, pour some gas in and spry the carb cleaner right in and slush it around, let it sit then repeat. PS wal mart has the big cans of Gum out, it really seemed to work fine. Bob.

    We're UP & Running Mep002a

Combo of regular gas, carb cleaner, let it soak, then drain, and did that several times. Also used an engine degreeser, did not let that sit to long. Gas and carb cleaner really seemed to work the best.

    M101 Recovery, Ft Drum

It's helpful if your GL guy knows what they are doing. I carry a couple of 25' chains and GL flipped it over than criss cross the chains , they pick it up suspend it, then lower it in place over the 2X2 in the 4-corner pockets. If it wasn't for Kevin it would of never happened. Bob.

    M101 Recovery, Ft Drum

Tow's great at speed If you are prepared and you are towing level, you will forget they are behind you. These were towed 65-75mph for 200 miles, no problems. It is also helpful if the brakes are working!!!!!!!!! Bob.

    this might sound crazy....

It works I cut down 2X4 in the 4- corners and used 4-1/2 " bolts locked them together, put cargo straps just to look good. You should cary a chain long enough to go across the box off the forks and GL can set them down easy.

Just won a Hubbell SBSB2 50amp spider box!!! Started to price out SO & SJ cable and decided this in the long run was cheaper and had more options. Suggestions on how to come off the Mep002, spider>then to the house or just use the 50amp cable dirrect to inlet outlet w/ interlock. Thanks Bob...
