It has always had the unit listed as 30k and ran fine with it. I just don't know why all of a sudden it will no longer produce power unless the switch is held in start.

I see you moved X8HH16B from T8 to T7. I moved it from T8 to T11 as in the video. Was that incorrect and should I have moved it to T7?

I did not. That is something I have never had to do on my 5.9. With as similar as the 8.3 is to the 5.9 I did not think that was necessary. I can try that tomorrow.
