RE: snorkle Anyone Know how deep of water it takes to wash away a 1009 or 1008? In Az we have alot of flash floods and we always see people who try to cross a wash. Most of the time they dont make it. Any way I was just wondering how deep is too deep?

I've been told that a diesel engine gets beeter mpg with the more miles on it any thing past 50,000. Any one else find this to be true?

Has anyone used the STE/ICE-R test set on a m1008? If so was it easy to use and did you find it usefull? I bought one when I got the m1008. Was it a good investment?

I found a web site for GMA covers. It looks like thay are the supplier for the army. Anyone know if they sell to the public? If so then it looks like a good source for cargo covers.

First you register on the GL site. Then when you win the bid you fill out the EUC then sign it and fax it back to them. You will find all the info at Government liquidation.com

If anyone would like to sell a tow bar let me know. I am in phoenix Az but orders end in June then going back to Utah. I am waiting for EUC to clear then picking up m1008 from hill AFB in utah. I was thinking a tow bar would be a nice way to move truck.
