I'd test the starter switch and see if it's working. Also, did your mechanic set the float level properly? How about the fuel pump? Are you getting good pressure to the carb?
Hello. Per my PM back to you, if you (or someone else) can provide a tracing of the gasket from the part, we can scan that and create a dxf file for our router. Maybe use a heavy paper and a accurate tracing and I think we'll be business.

We had a good time at the show. Sold a good amount of items and got to see some MV friends. Found some deals and as always a great mix of vehicles. Lots of people and overall, the weather was very nice. Looking forward to next year.

Sounds like your fuel breather line valve isn't working. A friend had the same issue. We were on a road trip, just filled up with gas and the trucks sat in the sun for about 30 min. His fuel line breather wasn't working properly and it filled the air cleaner with gas.
Picked this up last weekend down in VA. Left the house at 3:15 am and was home a little after 11 pm. Around 950 miles! Purchased from a friend of mine. Jeep runs and sounds excellent. Needs front floor and gas tank work but nothing major. This jeep is complete and hasn't been butchered...
