I've finally got my spindle nut socket to start going through my truck and fix the leaking wheel cylinders. I took the wheel cylinder off the driver side steer axle and when I took it apart, I found something I didn't want to find. The wheel cylinder had the wrong spring inside and I'm sure the...
Well, I have recieved a quote from the State Farm agent. Full coverage is going to be $141 mo. and they need to take pictures of it. Still waiting for other agents to call me back. Hartford told me they couldn't cover the truck cause of its weight. It's all bout who you talk to, thats for sure...
Thanks everyone for the help. I am currently waiting call backs from a couple of agents and see what they say. I'm just going down the list you all have for me, so I'm sure I'll get this taking care of soon.
Thanks for the quick replies! I've been making phone calls all day trying to find someone. Geico said they required a CDL for aleast a year on that kind of truck, even though its not required by the state. Hopefully I'll find someone.
I have been trying for a week trying to find someone that would insure my truck. I've tried State Farm, Progressive, Geico, Gulfway, and a few others. I've tried commerial and non commerial with no luck. I don't want to keep putting money into the truck and not be able to get it insured. I've...
Luckly, my truck is in pretty good shape overall. Just need to get my brake system in tip top shape for the road. My transmission has a slight leak coming from the top where that small shaft sticks out. Anyone know where I might get a seal for it?

I believe the DOT 5 fluid is a silicone based fluid, where as the DOT 4 is polyethylene glycol based. The DOT 5 has a higher boiling point than the DOT 3 and 4 fluids. Don't know if that info helps or not, but its good to know i suppose.
I got my deuce picked up and to the house Friday! I haven't had a chance to get home and look it over, but the guy I had to pick it up said it sounded great and ran smooth! I paid just $1900 for it and had to pay $1100 to get it home. Its a M35A2 without a bed or anything on it. I plan to make a...
I'm about to buy my first M35A2 and was just curious as to how hard replacement parts are to find? Is it worth buying two and having a parts truck just in case? I've searched and found where to get transmissions and driveline parts. What about the engines, inframe kits and etc.? Any information...
