That is HanksDeuce's stock-in-trade:
- Clear explanations thoroughly documented, AND with first class photos.
His posts are always a treat, even when I don't know anything he's talking about!!
:shrugs::clinto:
That crack was going to happen:
- It's because you did SUCH a good job with your "prep"
That's the ways the Gods work. They are always testing us for our humility (and humor). Don't feel bad.
And if you turn to Drink, try water (inexpensive, no hangover, and good for you, too)!
Well, ColdWarrior, it's maybe not so much as "choosing to be ignorant", as plain not knowing:
- It's hard to know what you don't know
You know?!
But thanks for the inside news here. It sure is interesting.

Must be close to some 3/4" holes through what must be about a 1/2' steel frame:

The problem...
You might be the first on the SS site to convert a deuce over to maritime use, dougnash:

I recall running across one in McLean (VA) once just by happenstance (taking my daughter to one of her travel soccer matches out there).
There was no missle-and-launcher though, just a plaque.
Colorado and Wyoming, combined, is sure enough a WHOLE lot of territory:
- Wonder what the best central location might be to work out best for everybody?
You know, just wondering.
I confess to not knowing much:
- So the turbo you had worked fine (or, "god enough"), but a real match (of turbo-to-engine) is what should be done
Is that for peak performance? Fuel efficiency? Any other reason?
If you want a good "read" (and it's relatively short), try "Pegasus Bridge" by Stephen Ambrose. It's not just an amazing story, it's history, the very first action of D-Day:
- If I remember it right, the gliders (British special forces) went in blind (a night mission), and landed based solely...
