M1007 - CUCV Suburban Clone Build Thread

I'm kind of remembering reading about that area, and that it was traditional Comanche territory (you know back "in the day"). Do you know anything about that, like if that's right?

    M925a2 Power Surge

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Burn injuries are horrible, not that any injury isn't. A buddy of mine from childhood messing with a train sustained third-degree burns over 75% of his body when we were youngsters. Statistically he "should" have died. He recovered, and he's fine now, does house painting and paper-hanging...

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

I sure hope you don't beat yourself too much about that, Buffalobwana, you're not the first to go there. I can't tell you the number of times I get my head wrapped around a project, and then some little distraction hits (phone rings, dog makes a jailbreak out the door, it starts raining, you...

1969 LCVP (Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel)

These are great pics, thanks Evil Dr. P. Do you know how the ships like the Boulder operate? Is that bow ramp for personnel, or vehicles (both?), and is it designed to be run up onto the beach?

Right? Flip the assembly 180* and the "5:00" would become "7:00". Or it seems like it would. Bet he does. Is he on here?
