CUCV cab heater core multiple failures resulting in leaking of heater core into cab

I don't know what the probes are made of. It's a cheap harbor freight meter. I took apart the whole ground setup apart and cleaned it. Next time it warms up I'll flush it several times with good water and get a ph tester.

CUCV cab heater core multiple failures resulting in leaking of heater core into cab

Ok so. I've had 0.30 with only the ground wires attached to the battery. Three posts disconnected!!!! Only one touching was the ground! How does that make any sense?? One thing I want to do is make the radiator and heater core isolated from being grounded but that'll take a little time. I need...

    Other boost options

Guess it's a good thing I don't have the expensive turbo on it! Haha. It's not really the fuel but how dirty it is that makes it bad for all those items. Except maybe the seals. I don't run any of them straight and use the propane for extra go power.

    Other boost options

I haven't seen the EGTs get out of hand. No more than with diesel mixed with oil and ATF and fryer oil from thanksgiving. And I didn't have any luck finding a video about dry firing the injectors.

    Other boost options

Why? I haven't had any problems with propane in my n/a 6.2. Only when I turn it up too much it starts to knock a little but that's expected. I've seen what either does to an idi diesel but propane won't do the same thing will it?

CUCV cab heater core multiple failures resulting in leaking of heater core into cab

CUCV cab heater core multiple failures resulting in leaking of heater core in... Better off just doing a test to see if you have current going through it. It doesn't take long for water to drain out of the system, it's not like it's molasses. If you haven't played with electrolysis, then it...

Poll - Who has done the Doghead Relay Conversion

So I bought a relay to do it and put it off for two days. I had a friend over and we were going to go for a ride. I moved the truck, checked the tires and hopped back in ready to go and the gm relay stuck on. So I shoved my hand through the radio hole and pulled it apart as fast as I could. Lost...

    axle gearing

What about semi tires on a CUCV like a blazer? I saw one with deuce tires on it but am wondering if semi tires would fit too. Thanks

Fort Hood, TX Pick up help

OK, so I figured it out when I was about an hour away from the base. These guys don't answer outside of the hours posted. So, I had to go to the visitors center and get a pass to get on base then go to tank destroyer and 80th st. Pretty easy pickup and we brought a gas powered air compressor...

Fort Hood, TX Pick up help

Does anyone know the meet up spot to pickup in Fort Hood, TX? I'm looking to go in the morning(leaving around 3AM) and if I could make it to the meet up spot that would be great to avoid having to deal with going through security and the extra hassle. I would greatly appreciate a dropped pin on...

    axle gearing

I was thinking I'd have to check out a junk yard or two. Might have to see about a complete rear end swap... But that'd be a last resort! Also, how compatible are semi tires?

    axle gearing

Does anyone know of a different top loader that fits the 5 ton axle but with better highway gears? Also, I'm looking to drop as much weight as possible but still be able to haul plenty of weight... Fuel econ is my main reason and I figure if I need to move something heavy I can put it in low gear.
