    help with wheels and tires

The neighbor owns a salvage yard and has a 5 ton, I don't think the 5 ton axles would swap out without some major reconstruction.

    help with wheels and tires

The wheelbase is less than a school bus and my turning radius is less than desirable. I didn't take into account that the Deuce doesn't turn as sharp as a school bus. This truck will likely never leave Fort Polk so not much city driving planned.

    help with wheels and tires

The reason for moving the bogie back was to allow space for the drop down and storage. The pic is difficult to make out but I am dealing with 3 different heights or levels if you will. (1st level) The customer will walk up at street level and place their order on the. (2nd Level) The waiter...

    help with wheels and tires

To follow up, I have not dueled out the tires yet, I was waiting to see how the current 14.5R20’s would handle the load before I make the purchase. The sketchup pic is kind of what I am trying to achieve. This is the wheelbase widened 13',6" to accommodate the Container The attached...

    help with wheels and tires

Do you think those 445/65/R19.5's would fit on the 14.5R20 wheels that came with my A3?

    help with wheels and tires

Could I keep the A3 bearings and 14.5R20's in the front and replace the rear axle bearings from a CTIS to a regular A2 setup. Or can I still use the CTIS bearings in all hubs but lose the CTIS function?

    help with wheels and tires

Lol, my target market is Military. I was going to use an international 4300 but decided an M35 would look better and draw more looks. Also for marketing, I'm sure a 6x6 pizza truck would make a few magazines.

I agree, I will likely buy wider tires if I my OCD can't accept the overlap.

    help with wheels and tires

My A3's 6x6 rear (axles + tires) is 84" wide (view from rear) with "14.5R20's". What would be my best option to increase the width from 84" to 96"? Reason being, for Aesthetics I want my tires to be flush with the sides of the shipping container I am mounting on the back. My total curb weight...

    Lighting / electrical problem

Im not "familiar" with it, but I did turn every combination on the 3 lever switch I could think of and no luck. The engine was running and power was applied, I have never drove a Deuce so its possible Im missing a step.

    Lighting / electrical problem

I retired from the Army a few months ago and am converting a Deuce into a food truck. I know, crazy! My auction M35a3 arrived last week and the repairs have began. It is running, sounds good, and has lots of rust spots to repair. My first head scratcher, None of my warning lights, buzzers...
