Changing the oil in my 3126B Caterpillar. Cat swears it holds 19 quarts. I'm at 21 quarts and nothing on the dip stick. Does anyone have an idea of what
it should hold. Looks like a shallow sump oil pan. Thanks for your help.

Superman its a 2003 LMTV 3126 Caterpillar truck. I have (2) of these connected to the frame and it looks like the black fitting should have a hose connected to it.

I have an A1 LMTV with a 3126 Caterpillar. When I am slowing down and transmission downshifts. The closer I come to a stop the hard it jerks.
I think its an air brake that probably should only be on when pulling a trailer. Any ideas?

Two quick questions. My LMTV seems to shift hard from first to second, then after that pretty smooth. Is this common? and when I press D (drive) it goes straight to 7.
Also, my blinkers only seem to work when all the lights are active. Any suggestions! Thanks
Ordered the aluminum valve from SMO supply. Unfortunately the thread on the valve is 3/4 thread. I need a 7/8 thread. I must have the only LMTV A-1 on the planet with 7/8 thread for this Push/turn aluminum valve to raise cab. Does anyone have a manifold around and want to sell this part...
