Currently all the CTIS plumbing is sitting in a box. All 5 wheels have only a valve stem. I'm aware of the conventional schrader on the CTIS wheel valve. The problem is the common "locking" air chuck for filing car and truck tires won't lock onto the 3/8 x 32 TPI male threads on the valve...
My 2006 M1078 was acquired with all the bits and pieces for a complete CTIS system. These are currently residing in a box until I'm issued a month of sundays to unscramble them. In the mean time I've discovered airing up or deflating the "Single Super" tires can be a test of one's patience...
Thanks, if it is indeed possible I'll keep trying. I have a metal stamp set and when I solve the puzzle I'll stamp the ends with numbers and the trays slots with the same. Hopefully they won't cart me off to the nut hatch mumbling about side panels and tray slots. ;)
I notices fluid on the top of the fuel tank and first assumed I had a hose or fitting issue at the valve box on the right side of the truck, then I raised the cab and saw the pump was puking all over. I assume some of that oil is running down a hose to the valve box. Not sure yet. Thanks for...

My air over oil hydraulic pump is leaking. I have a seal / gasket kit on it's way from Memphis Eq. Any...
Thanks, but on my truck only the center slot in each of the two racks will accept a panel. The space above the center channels is too narrow for the hinges, and the space below the center channel has bolts protruding from below for the mud flap mounts etc. Seems like one panel per rack is...
My 2006 1078 A1 has 5 swing down panels around the bed, and two underbed racks to apparently store these panels. I can only get one panel to fit in each rack. Am I missing something? 2//5 panels seems a bit wacky.
My M1078A1 has 5 removable, swing down panels around the bed. It also has two sets of racks under the bed to apparently store these panels. I must be missing something because I can only fit a single panel in each rack. 2/5 panels seems kinda wacky. Suggestions?
Newbie here. Just took delivery of 2006 M1078A1. I'm trying to determine if my truck has ABS, and if so has anyone considered developing some form of Traction control using the sensors of the ABS. If other forums are a better place to post this please let me know.
