Thanks for all the info everyone, one last question that has been bugging me, why is there two types of gauges 0-60 and 0-120 surely the engines do not produce differing pressures as such, if my gauge is the former and I produce 70 psi then the needle would be "bouncing" off the stop.

Quick question, what should the standard oil pressure gauge read from and to in the M35 2 and 1/2 ton. i.e. zero to what?? as mine goes from zero to 60 psi and I dont think this is correct.

Looking through the list on OD Iron's web page I have found the parts required for my M35, is this the seller recommended by the SS people as he does ship to the UK and seems easier to get them from there than here or Holland.
Any thoughts on this please.

Probably been asked before but what is the capacity of the oil in the engine (Hercules LDT 465) and what type of oil goes in there, the reason I ask this is my oil pressure has dropped to 15/20 psi and after checking it the viscosity is very thin so I reckon I have been putting the wrong...
