Well the switch on the end of my turn signal lever broke and is all flimsy and have been trying to hunt down a replacement. I checked the local junkyards to no avail so i've been searchin online. Attaching a couple of pictures of the switch that i think will replace it. It's hard for me to...
Yea i checked to voltage on each. the front battery is at about 14.4volts, and the rear battery stays at 12.4volts. These measurements are when the truck is running.
Took the alt off and had it checked for a couple of hours at the alternator shop. All looks well with it. The things i fixed last night didn't seem to work :-(, so its off to more trouble shooting. Spruced up the diagram in the TM for anyone that stumbles on this and need help with wire colors...
so i cut off the fusable link and soldered in a new wire and connector for the sense wire. Tightened all the belts again to spec. Each battery both have proper voltage. ~12.4 when not charging. The Gen2 light still doesn't goes out and i notice a very slight flicker when the truck is idling. i...

Still trying to...

Yea thanks for the info. Figured out the transmission problem as well. Turned out the governor was sticking quite badly. So I spent like 20 bucks for a new one, and works like a charm. Thanks for the info though :)
Well well well... Took a screw driver to the contacts on the cluster membrane and scraped them off and started workin again :). looked like some kind of build up from battery acid or something. Thanks for all the help guys!!! Now i just gotta figure out the transmission problem. I'll make...
