Are you talking chemically, and without any physical kind of abrasion or impact?! Any product that can strip powder-coating off like that must be some kind of "hot". How does the stuff work?

With the rally season getting underway, you might be able to recruit some help in your recovery (and maybe even a convoy), by timing the recovery right, and posting the route. It might not pan out, but could be worth the try.

Might need to suit up.
