The 3 pictures I have do not show any tail lamps.
I am thinking I've caught this olive drab sickness I heard about here.
I just called the owner. He says it has the miltary tail lights and he never altered it. He believes it is all stock military.
But I have to look it over good to believe...
Would $275. be a fair price for an altered or home made military trailer?
This box style is a new one for me. Been searching for hours and did not see another like it.
Thanks Tony
I was trying to find information on this trailer that I was looking to buy. So far I have found nothing. The owner only called it an aluminum military trailer. And if anyone knows what the fair market price is that would be very helpful for me.
I hooked my M101A2 to the M1008 for the 1st time today.
Put side racks back on, still want to touch those up.
Wiring still needs more tidying up.
I intend to use this for work and show. Mainly firewood hauling. And the truck the same plus snow plowing my drive.
My 2nd trailer has a M-116A2 on...
I been using this trailer to haul fire wood, and did not want to scratch the new paint. So now I finally painted the trailer. I ran out of olive paint so I left the inside brown for now, the fire wood will mess it up any ways.I need to replace the tags yet. And tidy up the wiring. Perhaps...

I never said I was smart.
Since he had a very large amount of military surplus, trucks, trailers, etc and I've bought some M101 trailers from him in the past I thought he was legit and would want a repeat customer happy.
I had run the vin# through another sight, and came up with nothing...
I bought a M1028 a few months ago from guy who bought it from GL (so he says).
He never had a title issued for it, so I gave him what he was asking for the truck minus $500. And with a hand shake deal I agreed to give him the remaining $500 when the title was ready. Expecting it would take a...
(The first time) I landed in Viet nam in 2001, Huey's were still lined up along the runway. There must have been at least 30 of them. When I came in 2006 I was going to shoot some pictures but they were all gone along with the cement hangers.
But I did take a photo of this one on the...
I gave $450. Front is pushed in some, no tarp bows or cover. No rust holes.
And my father came along also and bought a rougher trailer for $350. (group discount)
I had just bought the trailer did not do any thing to it yet.
And my M1009 project.
I had put in an stock 350 tbi in and TH350. But...
I am going to straighten the front that is pushed in and give it some fresh olive drab paint. Intend on pulling behind my M1009 project. And also use as a fire wood hauler.
The M1009 had its drive train removed before I got it, so I put a civilian wire harness and engine in it. Which is why I...
The dealer I bought my trailer from was telling me that the government cuts of all the 24 volt plugs to demilitarize them.
My question, is it possible to install a 12 volt trailer plug to the original wire harness?
