HMMWV was running hot 235-240 range. While TDM was hooked up.

That's a long time on running that high. I guess you're good then. I have same thing going on with my 6.2 liter right now. Gauge is like 230+ then fan kicks on a cools it to like 225. Never gets below that though. Nothing boiling in the overflow tank. Heat gun is in 200 range pretty much...
