    Ginormous (Singles) Tire Balancing?

Upon the recomendation of my trusted tire shop, I tried Equal in my SuperDuty tires on the prior set. Never will use it again.....tires never did feel balanced, wasn't happy at all. Was there a month or so later and mentioned it.....they were kind enough to offer to pull tires and do a...

    Intercooler?

I thought about this......just remember the intake manifold is heated by the coolant. Not sure how worthwhile an intercooler would be.

    Water in the exhaust pipe!

You are in serious need of a head gasket. Baja Power and I just did ours and while we took pics it wasn't really a step by step tutorial. However, I would be glad to post the steps we used to accomplish ours. You HAVE to have the wrench to do it....or fab one up, and it has to be made right or...

    Head gasket repair

I just ran #9 wire from the studs sticking out of the intake manifold to the chain hooked between lift rings (BTW, it bends the hell out of them...but they beat right bad when head is back on) and tightened the wire by twising it to level head assembly in the left-right axis. Pulling off the...

    Head gasket repair

I don't think the depot maintainence could do better than we did! I bought a COMPLELTE gasket set (all 8 billion gaskets) from Safran for only $140 + $10 shipping - it was a steal over buying just the head gaskets. If it wouldn't have been 90 degrees and 100% humidity I would have taken step by...

When you park your Deuce on a inclined driveway........

Actually removing the driveshafts would allow it to roll easier! I have considered melting the entire vehicle into a large molten mass, but I am concerned it may flow slightly before solidification.

When you park your Deuce on a inclined driveway........

First I ONLY park the deuce in the valleys of very lage mountains. I pull out the fuel shut off, then bend it over so it won't go back in. Engage parking brake and spot weld handle in on position. I remove all 10 tires and lower truck to ground, then block all brake drums on each side with...

    Interchange Fuel Filter Chart

DON"T rely on the restriction meter to show you anything. The ONLY air filter I have found that meets the milspec is the actual military one.

    Interchange Fuel Filter Chart

It means that it is not the correct filter and they are trying to dodge the question just to sell you filters. It could flow 10,000 CFM if restriction wasn't an issue. It is.
