First off just to double check. To pull the vavle cover you need to pull the injector lines. Which means you gotta get to the back of the pump. To get to the back of the pump, do you need to pull the intake??

Would a CUCV Start with 23.50 volts??
I went to start mine and it just went click. Checked the voltage and it was at around 23.50 when loaded?
When I got it my back battery was dead one cell. I think the front one is at its staged for replacement.

My M1009 I thought it blew a head gasket. It was blowing some white smoke out the passengers tailpipe that smelled like coolant. Radiator was a little low as well.
But now after sitting for a couple months it seems to be fine, Runs great. No smoke. Like it never happened. Why would it do this...
The fitting on the top of the IP that the rubber line comes out to meet up with the little lines then goes back to the tank. 15mm deepwell will get it off. Worked for me. the only thing I am wondering is with the glass thingy inside gone, will that let air into my pump and loose my prime?
well the thing was it was working like five mins before all this happened. Ok I just checked the fuel pump, it works great, so It looks like the IP. That really sucks, Now I am on the hunt for an IP, and then i get to figure out how to put it in.

Ok driving on the highway my i noticed that my cucv didn't downshift at 55 to accelarate, the accelaration was not good. I get off the highway and it was running rough, about 20 mins before this it ran great. So I then pull into a parking lot and it died. I replace the filter and bleed and it...
