My heater ran for about 15 mins then stopped on it’s own. I have fuel all the way to the regulator. But seems the regulator does not open allowing fuel to enter the downtube. When I go to START light smoke comes out at first, but it doesn’t ignite. Ive tried everything. Made sure all...
Could someone shoot some pics of their ladder showing the step stops. My ladder was in parts and the stops were grinded off. Super huge thank you in advance.
There should be one tab mid way down the ladder side, and then a bar (L stock bar) at the very bottom. These would be what keeps...

Theres plenty of "new guys" and flippers with the HMMWV. You can tell just by their adds. Ones an obvious money grab and the other you can tell, when they got it home and saw the actual state of their new shiny 10K+ HMMWV The cool factor quickly dissapeared. And mamma didnt care too much for...

But without spare parts out there yet, or if ever. Thats what makes this vehicle scary to consider buying or driving.
Hard to use the Armys new method without the 1500.00 tool they get to use but maybe this gives some ideas.

No D stamp, but mines a 1997 surely this one got the new shaft right. Thought I read 100% of the units were corrected. By time the A1s went into production.
UPDate** With help of a fellow member (NDT) found that the sound I was having was actually in trans/rear of engine area. NDT noticed something i didnt even catch and that other LMTV owners should make sure of. My drive shaft was almost 45 degrees out of phase. I droped the drive shaft and...
Almost exact experiences Tennmogger. I'll check for the D and see if I can identify. Trying to get NDT over and drive the truck so can pinpoint this down. Thanks again Will and all you guys willing to help.
Truck has always made this sound since I got it and fluids were all to spec...
Been driving my truck for about a week now. The truck sounds normal for first mile, after things warm up. It starts to sound like a dry bearings sound in rear end. Really pretty loud.
I give the vehicle gas and under load sound goes away. Then let of gas like in a coasting situation and it...
