    Those pics are exactly what we had planned on purchasing for a brush unit. We decided to save some $$$ and use the 5 ton that was originally going to be used for another project. It also allowed us to move alot more water and will give us a tanker credit for insurance ratings.

    Measured our frame 2 minutes ago. It is 9 x 3 x 5/16.

    Was gonna cover it originally. We needed to use to top for tools though and the little 3 cylinder diesel really cranks out the exhaust when you wind it up.

    M54 Completed

    Tires are close. Got about 1and half inches between them. We have crossed it over steep hills and creeks and nothing rubs. Its close but just fine. I can't make them hit the bed and thats what I was worried about.

    Dual Wheel Removal Tip

    If you don't have a dolly or a buddy to loan you one, you can use the old fashioned dirty method. Jack up the tires, put down a piece of tin or metal and put oil under it. Lower the tires and slide em out from under. Works pretty good, just a little messy.:cookoo:
