OK- I think this time I have given due diligence to a pre-post search. I am looking for pointers on what to look for when previewing a deuce. I figure if I could get it to crank then that would be half the battle. Row through the gears, make sure everything shifts ok. Rust, leaks, missing parts...
I believe that answers a lot of my questions. I just love the whine of those whistler turbos. Can't get that out of a minivan... or an H3... There's just something about diesel that puts 'hair on yer chest'!
About the speed thing- I guess I will just have to keep it slow, plain and simple...
Thanks for the replies- the answers are kind of in line with what I expected! I admit, I usually try to break the sound barrier when i drive. If I end up getting an M35, I guess I'll just have to settle for making a lot of noise. For speed, I'll just have to wait until I can score a surplus MiG...

Hi all! First let me say hello and thanks for the great forum. I have been 'trolling' for a week or so, but this is my first post.
A few weeks ago I made the ill-fated mistake of searching 'military trailers' on Google. I was looking for a small utility trailer to use around the house for Home...
