RE: Opinions on value of this bobbed duece
Dont forget, the new tires and tubes, the new detroit locker, sandblasting and CARC paint, the new seat material, and covers, the New driveshaft tubing with balancing, and whatever misc there might be. And by the way, My time is free...
El, I appreciate you putting up the pic, since I cant seem to figure out how to do it here either. This truck runs right at 60 mph with these tires . By the way, it is for sale, 8500.00. I have to finance the next project.
Got up early this morning, got the frame stripped of all the rivets, and bracketry. I then rolled the axle and tires off the 105 trailor under to get placement. With all the weight on the rear, it looks like the rear sits about 2-3 inches lower than the front. I am sure the rest of you bobbers...
I finally got my first whistler on the last truck I bought in South Carolina. WOW, what a difference. Every time I turn around, one of my buddys is out in the yard firing that thing up.
I bought a truck off ebay today, and sending my driver to Maine Monday morning to pick it up if anyone has anything. Best to call me, 910-326-2881, Bob.
