Perhaps I should be more clear. The vehicle is located in Sealy and would be transported to Oregon, it's final destination. There is no reason why work couldn't be done just about anywhere in between.
I guess the question becomes: is this the type of thing you guys could do?

Does anyone know anything about these BAE's? Price, drivability, can they be titled legally to drive on the open road?

How does one get such a vehicle titled to become street legal? Assuming, once you're completely finished fixing it up.
