Warm and cozy in that setup, apparently I started snoring a bit soon after laying down haha. There was 4 parts to my setup :Hammock, 1 sleeping bag wrapped around it as a under layer (ACU camo), the sleeping bag I was in (green), and the waterproof bag (woodland camo).

Yes it is the bumper vice, had to pull it and the mounting plate when the bumper boxes were installed. The boxes open from the top so the vice was in the way.
Well we finally removed the old cable from the rear winch. Used Valence's m35a2 to drag the cable while the winch was powering out.
Then hooked the cable to the front of the deuce and dragged it all back to the scrap pile.
After that it was time to head out for some offroading...

A m101 should be fine but you're right the 103 is a stronger chassis and will handle the weight better. If you haven't purchased the trailer yet it would be cheaper to buy a m103a2 generator flatbed than a m105a2. Same chassis just a less desired bed so it sells cheaper.

He's ragging on the nhc motors. If your engine is running correctly (regardless of which engine) you should be able to engage the transmission or PTO without issue.
If you can the m101 is a better trailer platform for your truck. Much lighter, has surge brakes, and is meant to be towed by a pickup. Your truck will pull the m103 setup how you want, just takes more work/money to get it right.

I was thinking that initially as well but testing says it's correct. At idle my gauge reads an average of 230, taking a laser thermometer reads similar at the collector of the manifold. Same thing when I crank it up to 2100rpm, the gauge is giving me a similar reading as the laser thermometer...
Good to hear. Would recommend installing an EGT gauge now that your fuel is turned up. the NHC250 in my wrecker can hit 1400 F (too hot) with only the fuel pump turned up.
Used the wrecker friday to remove most of the large parts from the m51a2 I've been parting out, down to almost a trailer left. Also loaded most of the scrap metal into the dump bed.
G177's aren't speed rated (labeled) because they are an over the road tire, highway speeds are not a problem for them. They are a tubeless radial.
Might be a challenge to seat the beads unless you run a beadlock insert.
You're right, the assembly is all bolted together. Should be able to separate the pump from the parts and make some flanges, making this idea possible.
